My standard black SD She's in the garage having a little modification - nothing too drastic, just modifying the seat and rear end slightly so I can touch the floor when I'm stopped. I had dropped her a couple of times when having to lean over so much just to get the tip of my toe on the ground. Am not cutting up the frame or anything so if she ever goes to a new home it can be put back as standard. The other bike - well it's a challenge! It's not going to be standard as there are so many bits missing.

Sorted it out thankfully, got a friend to help. Took the opportunity to deal with the 'height issue' which I'm hoping will just be a case of less seat foam - thinking a thin layer of memory foam. My uncle is fixing the holes in my seat base, either welding or fiber glass depending on how much is left after the rust!
