Self inflicted springs to mind for a lot of them and the amount of helmets which just fly off is unreal why put it on at all. I especially liked the guy with the axe, thats one way to sort out road ragers.  |

Quite a few offs on diesel spills, etc. Amazing when faced with a line of slippery stuff like that you are just drawn to hit it. As they say- look at it - hit it. Been there and done that.....
