If you have cleaned it up ,put it back together ,make sure the cable is adjusted up correctly and it should woek.

If you're not sure its back together right go to cmsnl website,search your model then find the schematic for clutch and you'll see how it goes together:)

The free length of the clutch springs is 39.0mm, throw them away if they are shorter than 37.5mm.
