It could be.
There are some differences like the rear indicators etc.
I wonder how many of those official Honda Style kits were actually sold?

did the company "FLF" (early '80's) make a body kit like they did for the rd250/400 and the X7 suzuki ?
the cover in the photograph looks different to the honda add.
