Hi Guys, I am trying to compile a list of bikes which have twin cylinders feed by one carb, the logic of this is that I have two SDs (hoping to maybe have a third next year) but I intend to use the SD's for occasional Sunny Sunday spins and keep them clean, they are also of ornamental value to me. I want to get a simple twin with one carb for everyday hacking, which will be as simple as possible to maintain, I prefer twins over singles. I have a 250 night hawk but's its a bit low for me and it's a bit girlie looking, I also know of the CD250U and the Benley (thanks to Fungo). Can anyone else add to the list, my preferences are for Honda, classic (but more reccent might be useful also) and as big a frame bike as possible but it does not need to have a big engine.

Triumph 350 bathtub is single carb i think. I think Yamaha did a 200cc bike which is a sublime model of the RD (looks similar to the Benly) and they arent too dear. I had a CZ250 twin in 1978 and that was 1 carb. CD175 single carb ?

I thought it might be - the twin silencers threw me - hence the question mark.
(Sorry to call you Mark).
