Hi, I am about to start my New Cafe Racer project ATT00014

, thanks to this forum I managed to acquire two Superdreams (mostly in boxes!) One of my initial problems is that all of the exhaust studs have been broken off and someone has attempted to drill them out but has made a bit of a mess thumbs_down-1011

. I have now drilled and tapped them out to an 8mm thread and will be making my own studs with 8mm one side and 6mm the other side.
My question after all that waffle is can anyone tell me the length of exhaust stud protruding from the head?

My exhaust studs are 64mm in length. When fully screwed into the head 48mm is protruding from the head. All the best. Mike.
