will be giving the superdream definitely giving the superdream more respect seeing its so highly strung the high powered engine and the gut wrenching torque the buell is now on ebay its now not needed

So how do the Motads work without losing power, or do they compared to a 2 into 2?

There is a lot go's into the design of a exhaust that works the best on the superdream is the standerd system motard make the two into one due to costs all systems need back pressure thees ho put cans on there bikes and cars loose power went to a Dino day some years back my mate on his r1 run his bike with the baffle in then with it out it sounded brilliant but it was 8 hp down that is why yamaha fit the ex up valve and joining the two exhausts up is not unique to honda most manufacturers do it

Spoke to my sons friend and showed him the collector box before I eBay mine. To sum up, no chance, it would be something he would do for me but to try and make a few of them would be to difficult for him as its something he would have to do on his dinner break and after work. Sorry chaps but it was worth a try.

The original exhaust box with the bevelled belly underside is specific and creates the distinctive exhaust sound, I bought one of the flat box section aftermarket boxes and it was a pig to fit, nothing lines up and they don't produce the right sound, I was so sick of it after a week I binned it and good riddance, shame as you could have had it free and cut it up to your hearts content. 2 of my mates have even gone the trouble of welding the old bevel belly boxes up just to avoid using the none standard aftermarket part, still its only my opinion, others might like them but they are not for me

re collector boxes I have run several superdream with out the boxes my currant bike run twin downpipes into two universal silencers without any problems or loss of what little power a dream has looks better than a motad and a lot cheaper
