You may have the wrong end of the stick Steve, I think suki means he knows someone who can reproduce the h shape flat collector box.

Ah. I suspect not a lot inside the box section type.
If no-one turns up with one I will donate mine, but would rather it went on a bike if possible so non-destructive investigation first?

Looking at mine it's just a box with 2 pipes welded on ends nowt in way of baffles inside

I would say your right Dave just a bit of box section joining the two pipes together, you can tell these have been made as cheaply as possible and their only function is to create a flow between the two pipes.

there is nothing in the "h" section box but if you ask FB nicely i am sure he will donate a nos collector for you to cut up.............hee hee!

I only possess two spare ones. One is NOS and is the 413 item. The other is a weird one - exact same shape as the 413 / MC0 (Sankei) items but it has no insides. Apparently it came from a 450DX but I've seen DX ones and they do have the innards as well, I believe. So - yes....perhaps it was one of the real looking ones that Silvers stocked for a time, then they all mysteriously got withdrawn. What were we saying again?
