The embarrassing thing is that it is all hard-wired for an Optimiser! Just had 10 fun minutes blasting around the yard on it as it's such a nice day. Freezing though!

Ha ha! This is starting to sound like a classic Python "What have the Romans ever....."!
Yes it has a period Honda mudflap- thoughts on these as I did think about removing it- but it would leave 2 holes in the muddy?
Yes the dreaded fork gaitors. I have 2 bikes with them (fork seals do not leak) and 2 bikes without them (fork seals leak. I personally don't like the look of them, but they seem to help.
Possibly the rear reflector- I think the jury is still out on these being fitted to some UK bikes, there seems to be as many with them as there is without....
Yes not just stickers- it has period Hagon shocks- plan is to fit a good set of originals this winter.
What I was after though, was evident right at the end of the vid when looking at the handlebars/clocks area?.....

I will take a guess that they have Ayrtons's rubber caps on or are they plastic?
Gee.

Don't know Gee- think they are also original.
The part that is not proper for this CB250NDB is the front brake master cylinder. It is a NOS item same as the lovely NOS caliper- but should be the later 2 screw metal lidded type.
The front brake on this bike is rock hard and has no give or feedback at all. Not pleasant to ride as the end result down at the disc as usual with the 250 is not a great deal of retardation. The lever just does not move at all- no "squeeze". I almost think I need to bleed in some air to make it better! Did the MC bore change that would explain this behaviour?
