Just a quick hello as will be starting a 400n rebuild in 2 week when back from holiday - sorry no pictures till back from hols
The bike has been started and engine seems OK and free has been painted well otherwise pretty much a nut and bolt rebuild, why just for the hell of it.
Have rebuilt already a T140 and a Bultaco Alpina 350 just finish today (had an engine starting problem turned out to be one of the barrel/head stud holes had been drilled out which was leaking air, 30 hours to find 1 min to fix - will pressure test any future 2 strokes I rebuild as soon as, not after the third rebuild).
My main bike is a KTM 1190 adventure I run a motorcycle trying school so need somthing reliable plus I'm a 61 year old going on 16 so the 150bhp rocks my boat.
