Hi Guys, Although I don't really have the space, and there are more urgent things needing buying or repair, I am going through a dose of SuperDreamitis at the moment. I might have to sell my 250 Nighthawk just to make the space.
I currently have a 400n (red tank with orange stripe) as well as a 250n (black tank with blue stripe, same as the one on the cover of the Haynes Manual), both with electric starts. If I do get another, I wonder would it be a good idea to get one with a kick start, should I try and keep all the same? I really like the silver SD Deluxe model.

They are all nice I reckon.....but I've always loved the silver bikes and they are my faves. I currently own two silver models (one a kicker and one a deluxe) and have just acquired a black 400NA which needs a shed load of TLC. But these days, it all comes down to what you can get and the best bike you can get for your money.....colour will probably be low on the priority list when you take this into account. They do get you though, don't they?

My notion of heaven is a great big block built shed or empty warehouse with a good roof, a giant potbelly stove in the middle of it probably built from three break drums salvaged from a Scania truck or a trailer by myself and a heap of salvaged firewood, pallets etc. About a hundred Superdreams in various states of disarray, heaps of tools, paints etc, no need to work for a wage and no one to interrupt me and especially no mobile phone. I would work my day and night away there, then go in get a dinner, get my leg over and repeat this cycle for the rest of my days. I have never been able to get all these components together and in harmony at the one time !
