I think the exhaust flange is basically a larger diameter collar welded to the end of the downpipe if you measure an original / pattern one you could make one up yourself a lot cheaper. Why do you want to make your own is it for a custom project ?

To change the lines a bit and also to get geniric ones brought and shipped to aust is the same if not dearer than it is to make them

Do you have any old ones you can take measurments of. If not I'm sure someone on here could measure the size of the collar for you which would allow you to make your own, which would probably be the cheapest option.

Would it not be easier to cut off header flanges off old exhausts and weld to them?

Would be Jonny if he has the old ones and they are in reasonable condition.

I don't think it would matter Cramet as the new headers won't be double skinned so as long as its welded on the outside it should be OK. How are you going to make the new ones, have you access to a pipe bender ?

I dont realy want to use a pipe bender because of the crushed bends i might buy pre bent bends the welding wont be a problem
