Here is my 1977 Honda CB400T Dream. One from new. It does deserve to be restored to a working bike.

Does look reasonably original bar the odd cosmetic deviation from standard spec.
What are the miles?

Looks better than most I've seen. Looking forward to seeing this progress.

I have know this bike from new and it's got 38000. All the chrome parts and wheels will need attention. I have started to look for parts. I hope to get the bike to a reasonable standard and a full respray is also required.

38k?
Is that right?
Looks tidy if those miles are right.

Yes 38000. I have known the previous owner for 50 years and remember the day he got the the bike . We were all jealous of him as the rest of us only had 125's. He stripped the bike down in 2000 and had the frame repainted and swinging arm replace. There is some rust reappearing around the VIN plate and original exhausts have long gone, The bike has been to Europe on a number of times.
Hope to get help on here with the project.

Thanks for the link. Will that wheel be suitable for my CB400T and how much you looking for lower pilot case?

That is the correct wheel, superdream wheels look the same apart from the lack of 2 holes at the end of each 'spoke', these holes are to fit the plastic covers that only the dream models had.
