I have a dilemma, I have 3 motorcycles and I already have 2 separate insurance policies that have 6 months remaining on them, I now want to insure my Superdream and it will be easier to start another policy I think. Or do I try to get a multi bike policy . I want to ride my 400 to see how it is before I start restoring it, it’s very mix and match as you can see.

Some companies offer what looks like a decent policy for multi bike but your dilemma is the potential to lose the six months you have. I would give bemoto.uk a try. Couldn’t fault them and they offer multi bike. More importantly they don’t charge for any policy changes whilst you’re with them and it’s over the phone so you can explain your predicament mate. See what they say. They give you the option to leave contact details and when you’d like a call which I found really helpful. Also, no hard sell.
So many SDs to ride and only one bottom. 😀. Worse problems to have. 😂Let us know how you get on 👍

if you want to just ride the bike to see how it is just get a temporary insurance you can get them for a day onwards then get a multi bike when they are all due

I’ve just insured it for £49.99 on a separate policy so I’m happy 😃

I did a deal with Swinton (house move, bikes insured at different times, garage in a different postcode) and they sorted it all so I had continuous cover on two bikes, both classics, it wasn't expensive and the chap that I spoke to on the phone was brilliant.
remains to be seen what the renewal comes in at...
