I will not ask if there is a spark has the bike run as the engine been apart if it's no then squrt some easy start into the carbs through the airfilter if it tries then the pilot side of your carbs have issues. If there is no life you will need to check the compression if its low less than 100 psi that's your problem. But if it's beem stood for a long periods a squrt of oil in the plug hole to get some oil on the bores helps, make sure the plugs are out and a rag over the plug hole I hate cleaning up

So sprayed down the carbs , no difference , yes has spark, did a compression test it's 50 psi in each bore, it just sounds flat , battery's full charged n new, I'm now thinking of taking the top end apart and checking pistons n rings, was a freshly built engine apparently but been stood , any more feedback be great 👍

Can I just say thanks for all the feedback on my engine, I don't mind having to work on it, it's more annoying not knowing which way to go, head n barrels off time, brilliant forum 👍 rock n roll

So stripped top end, oil scraper and middle ring stuck on NS bore other side looked fine, would these stuck in rings cause my none starting problem, guessing it's a no brainer , but I'm not a mechanic, any feedback please

First check the ring gaps in the bores the specs are in the manuals that are on this site is there a lip at the top of the cylinder if there is not your good to go if the cylinder is shiny and fitting new rings you need to take that glaze away with a hone tool they are about £15 fit in your drill check YouTube .check your new ring gaps after you do this if the engine as not run for a long time while the head is off I would change the value stem seals as they may have gone hard

Thanks I'll honestly the bores, I've measured the piston 61.7, I'm assuming that's 62mm standard bore. Do superdream s have one type of piston rings? Also mine didn't have any O rings seals fitted at the base of the barrels ? Did all models have them fitted? Thanks 👍
