Seems they're a problem everywhere these days. One of the worst near us is the road through Port St Mary, it's so bad we won't got there on the bikes or in the car now. One of the MHKs (MP to you) for the area is planting flowers on them to highlight the problem - should at least make them easier to dodge

MHK deploys flower power to tackle pothole issue
A number of daffodil plants have been installed on a road in the south of the Island - or rather, in it.
In Tynwald last month, Rushen MHK Michelle Haywood says she promised to 'highlight the biggest potholes in Port St Mary High Street by planting daffodils'.
Today (16 March), with the help of local residents, Dr Haywood fulfilled that promise.
In a statement on social media, she said: "Thank you to the bus drivers and car drivers that drove carefully past them. I know they won’t last….but if the pot holes are still there in the summer I will be planting geraniums.
"I will keep on drawing attention to the disastrous state of this road until DoI actually sorts out fixing it. I hope not to have to consider planting mini Christmas trees or winter pansies…."
