Hi All,
Just curious if anyone has any dimensions of part 12324413000, I've noticed OEM repalcements are 'Bloomin Expensive' and I use a rubber supplier where I work. I'm tempted to make a drawing and have a look into some replacements made.
Not too sure on what material to opt for? Maybe a silicone? Need something soft/malleable enough to install, yet heat resistant.
I did infact ask 'Living the Superdream' on ebay where he goes to get his remanufactured rubber parts, but I don't think he was keen to let on to where he went.
I'll look forward to your response.

Yep, thats the part. You've got to order 10 of these, which is £30 + for some tiny rubbers. I'm going to see whether I can get these made cheaper.

Ah yes, if you need 10 that's a bit steep. For rubber I would look at Nitrile (NBR). That is oil and fuel resistant and should be good for temperature around 140 C.

I can get a diameter off one of my bikes but could do with a size for the 'nib' if anyone has got one to hand?
