Was on David Sivers site this morning and noticed he seems to have uncovered a hoard of new 400 parts, of particular note he has a rather comprehensive stock of shells for both the rods, and mains, when I was rebuilding my 400 last year there was a real dearth of these parts.
I think the crank and barrels in the links below, are even by the time you've added the VAT a pretty good deal..

Wow, great prices! Paid almost as much for a used crank with rods over a decade ago. Only wanted the rods as the little end had seized in mine. Still, I didn't do too bad as at the same time I got a brand new cylinder barrel for £55 from Silvers.
