Great selection of nice picy's as usual. The SD in red with reverse black comstars and the very original looking (bar the concentric carb) A10 are my fav's..

I saw the Superdream again today, on his way to Peel as we were leaving. We'd been there for lunch & bumped into Andy, a regular to the MGP & a keen MZ owner. He was there with the MZ owner's club & a nice selection of MZs

Certainly a good selection of nice bikes you get over there. The C90 and 400F on first pictures are two in need of restoration projects.

The MZ quite easily matched the Interceptor on 60 to 70 mph and following it was that alluring 2 stroke aroma.

The Trophys certainly are Pete. Some models, like the blue one in the foreground are ok, but if I wanted a 2 stroke, I'd rather have a KH Yesterday was Peel Bike Show, and what a great day it was - wall to wall sunshine and bikes! Walking along the prom, the first display was classic race bikes Then we were walking past parked up bikes visiting the show. Lots of nice bikes, but these were my favourites..... At the other end of the Prom, it was the Moddey Dhoo display, classics & customs complete with live music and is that the SD I keep seeing over there? Nope, it's a different one, another visitor, but a 400 this time Back along bikes parked up on the other side of the Prom....

Jurby Day today and hundreds of bikes in the bike park I'd be there all day taking pictures, but here's a handful that grabbed my attention. First off is a GS750 which must have belonged to Alan Millyard at some time. And another with normal number of cylinders There was also a factory six Jurby Day is run by the Andreas Racing Association now, so there's plenty of track events including CB500 racing, sorry I didn't dress mine like this Some nice strokers around An unusual trike, a ZRX400 Last few pics Last day of MGP racing tomorrow, with the highlights at 8pm on ITV4 Tuesday & Wednesday.

Of all the Diesel conversions I have seen pictures off that engine seems comfortable and natural in the frame, a really good conversion but I’ll stick with lower mpg and higher top speed I think

Yes, it's a neat installation. I walked past it once without noticing it was a diesel, only realised 2nd time round. I think I'm happier with my Hunter's 100 mpg & 75 mph though.

Hi Ian, Long response as I've been looking through old posts but LAF (and do refer to it as "LAF")is owned to my dad. We actually bumped into bodie (i think) in ramsey a good few years back when he was on his postie rounds. I was the traitor on the Ducati 748 next to him with the dented tank... thanks to the steam racket.

Good to know it's your dad's bike Chris. Pity we missed you, let me know if you're over again. We've had a similar experience with the Steam Packet, my wife Gill's Ninja got knock on the tank on one of our trips, not dented just a paint chip, but the bike had been unmarked so she was very pi55ed off.

Will do! We will be over for the TT and hopefully get a few days in at the Manx. We are just going to take the van in future, it saves my anxiety about people scraping past and scratching my tank during TT and/ or it falling over. Will drop you a line!
