the how not to do it technique and yes it would have been far easier if he'd broken the beads at both sides
I'v finally got a decent look at the wheel he's using, its an early 250rs and with only very minor modifications to the spacers should align perfectly. I can only assume he's trying to align it to the subframe rather than to the front wheel
