Hi just wondering if any body can advise me as to how tight the spring tension bolts should be, Are they hand tight, torque tight, or friction tight?
I have just serviced the plates as they had stuck together after a 3 year garage storage but not sure how tight the spring re tension bolts should be.
Your help is speculated
