has anybody seen anything like this before, its from the 60s, i have never seen anything like that before.

Brilliant! Never seen one before. Nearest I've seen was a few years ago when a couple over for the bike racing had their baby in a pram disguised as a motorbike by fitting a complete bike fairing

Car registration caught my eye - My dad used to own 1012PK - London registration I think
