I cant quite tell which 250rs wheel he's got. if its the early type it more or less fits straight in (modify one spacer from memory) and everything aligns beautifully. if its the later type wheel, then its completely different, I tried and failed, it may be possible but its unbelievably complicated due to a massive change in offset. by my fag packet reckoning the rim would need to come about 17mm towards the sprocket.
the 400/4 rear is another option that should fit with minimal alterations
