Thank you for the birthday wishes, much appreciated. I treated NNR to a NOS horn and an immaculate rear rack. The rack is something that I’ve been after for sometime but it had to be period and mint. It proved very hard to track down. I’ve now got all the period bits that I need and I think I can say that with the exception of ongoing maintenance, NNR is finally complete.
I have ongoing sight issues that I’m hoping will be sorted soon and if so, I will get back out on the road but as things stand my confidence is a bit dented. Technically I’m allowed to drive / ride with one eye but it’s weird. When both eyes are working again I’ll feel much better about putting the lid back on and getting out on NNR. Til then she’s tucked up indoors…
