Stunning and exactly the same colour as my old one (EGF781T - fondly know as egg for tea). I have had a ton of bikes with the latest purchase being a Panigale V4 (gone now - way too much for me), yet this is the one I rember the most - why? It was such a surprise, comfortable, good to ride and strangely quick (faster than many of my friends RD400s at the time). Possibly the most under rated bike of all time!
By the way if anyone knows where I can get a rear mudguard for a 400T let me know! I want mine to look as good as this!

I managed to get my friend Gordon, who helped with the build a grab rail from the UK of all places, its normally the states. Its a belter and £65 delivered...I paid £110 for mine from USofA. If you see a rear mudguard, don't hesitate, buy it, even a rough one as most will need re-chromed anyway. Don't be put off by splits or holes, they can be fixed then re-chromed, Sean at Agbrigg will do it. Gee.

I am Steve, the other one is having tappet problems, but being looked at next Friday by a real mechanic. Still needs some fettling and a few bits, stupid silly bits that are near impossible to get. Onwards and upwards. Gee.

Hi guys, I took lots of pics today of the bike, mostly shit for my enjoyment. This one caught my eye, Arty or Whit?? I liked it that much, I changed my Avatar to it. I call it "Dream Peeking" (ok, from the rear). I am doing the correct job by driving a truck. Is there another wee jobby out there for me...hhhmmmnnn. Answers via the Space shuttle.

400 Dream now in someone's garage after breaking down on Saturday. I think it the coil, it's a new one but not original. Plus air mixture screw needs adjusting, plug on the near side coking up. Plug on the offside, nadda.... It did coke up initially but the just smelled of fuel. A very weak spark now and again. I have two original coil packs to try with. Plus taking a cdi box and a rectifier that I know work. Will update tomorrow night.
Gee.
Ps, first time in 40 years I have ever broken down on a motorbike.
