Good Video the only things I would add though, are to put the surface of the Head on some softer material eg Thick Cardboard to save damaging the Head and use some feeler guages or similar to slide the Rings down over the Piston.
Probably get away with not using anything on top ring to install it, but, I am always worried that I will take big gouges out of the Piston if I slip especially as I'm getting on a bit and my Hands are not as strong and steady as they once were LOL.
