Hi All,
I'm in Vic, Australia. I have a 1980 CB250N that I got from a friend in a sad state. I've been working on it, on and off, for a couple of years. It's running quite well now...
I've had a little look around and you seem like a bunch of knowledgable and helpful people. I'm looking forward to gaining some of that knowledge, and sharing what I can as well.
Cheers,
Andrew

Thank you all. I rebuilt the top-end and ended up having the send the cylinders off to be rebored to the next size. All the other work I did myself. My first time doing engine work so it was a great experience. Most of the bikes I see here are in great condition and restored beautifully, so I fear I may hurt a few purists with this next pic from when I was putting the engine back in...

Well I like it, although I'm not a fan of the modern trend for satin paint finishes, but if it's good enough for the big manufacturers on mega-expensive new bikes, why not a Superdream, and I do like that mega sized Honda Wing

Thanks Ian, my logic with the satin black was the wheels have enough shine to go around - shinier than I expected!

Welcome Andrew - there's some love gone into overhauling your bike. At least you're guaranteed better weather than up here in the UK...!

Hi
Welcome, Nice job on the engine, when I get mine back from welders(found a hairline crack on oil drain plug casing) I will be spraying it silver, hope it will look as good as yours does.
