Hi Mark
That's bad news all round. It appears that's the way of the world these days unfortunately.

[New] Norton list over 39 issues with the V4SS Norton and several of them are dangerous, e.g. 'Leaking fuel tank - fire risk'; 'Gear shearing - gearbox locks'; False neutral gear - indicates neutral but bike is in gear'; 'Battery connector positive earthing - ECU bracket short circuit - fire risk'; Brake line melting - Damage to brake line - brake failure'; Swing arm cracks - Impaired structural integrity'; Gear engagement [allowed] with side stand down - Accident potential when turning left', etc.
No wonder the new company will not honour the warranty. I can't understand how the V4 got safety regulatory approval to be sold in the first place.
I pity owners of these expensive bikes. Dennis
