Hi just thought i'd say thanks for letting me join the forum.
I'm just about to start reviving a CB400N that i bought off my friend. It's a V reg one owner from new that's got i think 9500 miles on the clocks in black.
I remember riding it around when i was a young lad of 17 all those years ago.
I'll try and get some pictures of it, are they difficult to get spares for if not hwre's the best places ?
Cheers Mike

When you are working on it, a few thinks to note can sometimes be difficult to find, for the CB400N/NA/NB...if mislaid or defective.. The inner bolts, 14mm hex drive, threaded rings at the top of the forks, inside, after taking the chrome fork cap bolts off. keep in a safe place if stripping the forks.. The pad spring clips inside the upper bit of the single pot NISSIN calipers. (CB750/900 owners also look for these) The slider pin on each caliper, which has the rubber sleeve bush fitted. (though no reason they cannot last as long as the bike) (Of course there are all the other scarse bits, everyone wants!)
