Just received a decal set which I plan to use to put a set of bodywork into silver CB250NB style. I bought the kit from image works who I have used before with good results. I think however that they dont have the correct set up on this kit. As I cant yet (could and then couldn’t ?) access the model reference page can someone please confirm the following. A picture would be handy too if possible.
it is the light blue above dark blue stripe with the later two piece tail
1. what colour should the “N” be on the side panel graphic. The kit has come with blue But I think it should be red 2. what colour should the Honda decal be on the rear of the tailpiece. The kit came with a white one but the “original“ is dayglow orange. 3. Should there be a “preserve wildlife....” decal for the tank and if so is it the small or larger one ?
Thanks .......just off to iron my anorak......

Thanks Steve. I had access to this very useful info earlier but seemed to have lost permission to view.
The bad news is that the decals supplied are far from accurate so will touch base with them tomorrow.
Where are people buying their decals ?

I do believe they are a tad short in length for the tank. As regards colour, I cant say. I don't know why they cant be duplicated correctly. I will look into why there should be a problem. Gee.

The problem I think is when they process it in various software graphics programs for the digital printing. So easy to scale it by accident, and if they, after a while, do not keep a reference to the correct size...from what I've read one format is SVG, which keeps the lines sharp and everything in proportion when it is scaled! So if the file is not locked on the computer . I'm guessing also the large radius corners seen on some decals are to make it easier for their plotter cutting machine? As opposed to seeking a more authentic outcome. I remember getting some stickers done a long time ago which were size sensitive, the person in the shop said that they scaled it down a little as then I would get another row of stickers on the paper (They thought they were doing me a good turn) But with the language difficulty I found it was impossible to explain (not in the UK).
