Ol'Righty guys, here is a Q for all the older members.
I remember with the times that I have been on here that there once was a conversation about painting a frame or powder coating one.
If i remember correctly, with powder coating, they dip it to clear the paint and rust but in doing so it ruins a bearing or a collar near where the rear suspension is.
Now then, was it looked into manufacturing this part (that i cant remember what or where it is) but hopefully one of you guys will.
The reason i ask, I have a 400 registered frame and swingarm that is on my plan list to do a rebuild from that, but then the paint or powder coating comes in to play.
Cheers.
Gee.

I think that was item 8 the upper rear shock frame bush, that is hard to come by sometimes. So don't forget to pop them out the frame and put them in a safe place .

I thought it was something to do with the shock, makes sense now Ian, the shock goes either side of the frame. That's the one. Are they not a bugger to get out and back in again without butchering them? Gee.

Thought they came From Silver's , but just looked and they are not available . I remember they were difficult to get out but fitted them yesterday and when in ok with a little silicon grease. I'll have a look to confirm where I got them from later . Cheers Graham
