this arrived yesterday, I'm a bit sceptical as it came from wemoto (had a few issues with wrong parts off them recently). so first thing I did was drop the verniers on the pots to check the diameter, everything seems fine so far and it appears to be very nicely made kit, stainless pots and stainless bleed nipples. I'll report more when I eventually get round to fitting them (got a shower to install at home, urgent job)

Sounds like good news. I got a piston for my 250NB from Wemoto a few years ago & it was rubbish, so loose it rattled about in the caliper. That looks a decent kit & TRK stuff is usually good quality

just fitted the TRK kit and I can say that it feels like quality, that rare thing, pattern parts that fit like OE. well chuffed even the boots all fit nicely. just a small aside theory, I'v never taken seals out of a caliper that actually look knackered (ie rubber degraded or cracking) I think if I cleaned the old seals up they would still be fine. problem is who goes to all the trouble of taking the old seals out and then not fitting new? certainly not me. the major problem as I see it is purely the aluminium oxidising in the seals seat and I believe thats the main cause of sticky brake pots. any thoughts welcomed on that one.

The main problem buster is oxidation builds up at the back of the seal squashing the seal onto the piston i do not know what yam made there blue spot callipers with but every year when I put the r1 and the fzr back on the road it needed a caliper strip and clean.the 400 is coming on all ready for next year no hurry this year
