Thanks Terry. I am rather pleased with this one, even not original painted. Could be a winter project to get it back in original coloring, if I can manage to find out what color it was from factory. BR Niels

Is there a chance that the sticker with the paint code is still on the bike under the seat? On my '83 400N it was (just) when I bought it but peeling off. I took it off and put it safe somewhere, and yes, I can't find it now!

The bike sound very nice. Would also loved to have the original setup. But can easily live with the 2 in 1.

Regarding milage/km on the clock. It not 100% correct. But motor has not run more that 18000-20000km. It came from a military store in the southern of Jylland (Oksbøl facility). Here several bikes were used as ordonance riding for some years. These werte then phased out some 25 years ago. And sold to private people. The left over spareparts from stock, were given to the pensionist club at Oksbøl facility, and I was told that this later was given up, and that 2 or 3 spare motors (NEW unused ones), then was sold. And one of these motors is now today on my bike! Almost as new!
