Welcome First Kick !!!!! has some one stolen the starter motor I am not a fan of Cafe Racer Conversions but I have to say that's probably one of the best I have seen Look forward to see what you do with her, I assume (lock Down Allowing) you will try and use it as is over the summer

I’ll make the most of the current setup and also sourcing spares in the meantime, then winter will be rebuild time👍👍👍

And I like the fact that on mine the frame stayed the same, someone just built a seat onto the original steel base. If I could afford, I would keep a nice clean original, and a racer mod as well...all it takes is time and money...or, it takes all the time and money🤔 😉😉

That's a nice looking bike. Looks like it wouldn't take too much to return to original should you want to.
