Welcome First Kick !!!!! has some one stolen the starter motor  I am not a fan of Cafe Racer Conversions but I have to say that's probably one of the best I have seen Look forward to see what you do with her, I assume (lock Down Allowing) you will try and use it as is over the summer |

I'm liking the bike, 400 kicker too, l'd still love one for my own cafe racer (if I ever get round to building it)

I’ll make the most of the current setup and also sourcing spares in the meantime, then winter will be rebuild time👍👍👍 |

And I like the fact that on mine the frame stayed the same, someone just built a seat onto the original steel base. If I could afford, I would keep a nice clean original, and a racer mod as well...all it takes is time and money...or, it takes all the time and money🤔 😉😉 |

That's a nice looking bike. Looks like it wouldn't take too much to return to original should you want to.
