... I hadn't said Hello!
Apologies for my bad manners. I had a 250N back in my schooldays and after passing my car test sold it and ended up taking a break, for far too long. So I bought a 400NC about 15 years ago and rode again for a while before another break. I didn't sell it this time. It has deteriorated in that time but not drastically. Now is the time to get her sorted along with teaching my 13 year old about bikes.

Thanks for the welcome.
I'll take some pics as we go along and maybe some vids. At the moment the bike has to live outdoors as the rolling pin demands the extension is built before my workshop and garage. We're doing a church conversion so there's loads of building work to do.
A quick question, how do I add pics?

A quick question, how do I add pics? If you use the big red reply button a new screen pops up called create post in the top right hand corner you will see an "add image to post " button in black click on this and another small window opens up where you can choose where to get your image, pick the one where your image is stored then select your image and click "upload " and your image (if you've done it right ) will appear in your post ,like this
