Hi, hope you all all well during lockdown. I have a 400t which I think is the early superdream. Owned a couple of superdreams 26 years ago, used my 400 to travel between Yorkshire and london, where I live now. Just about rebuilt my latest 400t, but cannot get a spark, torn between buying a new cdi from Rexs speed shop, but the opinion seems to be it may be the stator, which will wreck the new box if I fit it. Any ideas of how to test whilst not running?

hi and welcome along. the stators a bit of a pig to test because you need really specialist equipment (there used to be a place in nelson lancs that could do it but I cant remember the name of the company) did the bike run before the rebuild?
