Is it too early to start drinking alcoholic beverages at 10:00am? I felt a bit left out last week what with you all necking pints.

The south Yorkshire police got some Norton Rotary's when there commando fleet was getting ready for changing.i just loved the sound ,but they did not go down well ,the riders liked them they were very quick bikes easy to ride but did not go down well with the maintenance staff and management.to mutch down time they ended up with beemas.very good looking bikes but emissions would have been the last nail in the lid .the Norton Rotary's race bikes what a sound they make and the exhaust glowing red at full chant one of my best memories.had a Suzuki rotary offered a long time back a none runner let it go through ignorance till I seen my mate he as a Mazda track car took one of the bikes mot at his place and watched him strip his spare engine Norton is a great name in motorcycles a name that sells shame they have had management in there history to make a quick buck.it will end up the name sold to a Chinese manifacturer macking retro 125s

There are a few ex-police rotaries still around but I think most were water cooled and fairinged up
Neil’s is a simple air cooled bike with no bling, only 100 made
I have only seen one other original conditioned one like Neils and that as well is still owned by the original owner

Neil’s a busy man😎 Must admit I don’t really like Royal Enfields although I did have an Indian Bullet and also worked at Hitchcocks the Enfield people.Wouldn’t mind a new 650👍
