Had a blonde moment today doubting I had not pit the rebound springs in correctly on my forks so decided to strip them and check - of course all was fine
Rather than risk damaging the paint made these jigs - came to bits in seconds - should have made them the first time
The below one is a bit of ally tube, 1/16" rubber wrapped around and 2 home made rubber washers a bolt and bent ally bars
Probably would have saved hours on the first strip
Took me 15 mins to make
