I was going to say that but not all Brit bikes leak oil🙀 Velocettes you can’t stop them leaking from the chaincase,well you can but not for long generally speaking if a Velo’s not leaking you should worry as likely no oil in it😂😂

Sounds like you are about to fire someone Pete, if not many people.  Re: oil......my current A65 is surprisingly oil tight, even better now I've replaced the rocker cover gasket. Tappets were tight on the inlet so I have now corrected them too.....it feels good having finished the job now, gives you a sense or worthiness. |

In the early 70s the Goldie was often spoken of but rarely seen and certainly didn’t command a lot of money to buy same applied to Vincents.I bought a very early A10 with the bolt on semi unit gearbox for £2.50 in 1971 a non runner I can’t remember what I did with it 🙀 I was given a sprung hub T110 when I was 16 again a non runner I gave it to the brother in law of a girlfriend he made it into a nice looking bike,he’s now a millionaire maybe I should remind him of my generosity all those years ago😂😂

Bought 3x18 cans of Stella for £36 last week just before pubs were closed gave one to my neighbour so still have a few.Haven’t looked at situation this week take it panic buying booze now?😡 Flour and eggs only thing I couldn’t get yesterday in Sainsbugs,we have a Tesco Express by us and pass it when walking the dogs daily,as Jonesy used to say “Don’t Panic !”😂

Who in their right mind would pay these ridiculous prices,anyone that does is a fu*kwit.The supermarkets are making a fortune out of it with again the fu*kwits who are panic buying and also withdrawing multi buy offers which are the true price but when buying singularly overpriced.

I do all my shopping at my local village corner shop I only buy a few bits to keep me going for a few days and I have not changed the way a shop but what I did say to the owner remember who shops here all year and if you see any strangers kick em out and look after the locals |

Had to take Twiggy my Spaniel to vet today with an eye problem,we were met in the car park while she was taken in to see vet 5 minutes and £98 later told just an eye infection.👍  free image hosting |
