I've owned my 1979 250 Superdream since last summer, it's a 3 owner bike that looks like it has never been cleaned in its life. I've spent most of the winter stripping it down and giving it a deep clean, fortunately underneath the grime it's in pretty good condition so I repainted the frame/swing arm/forks/engine and all the little brackets and have rebuilt it with nice new shiny bolts and it looks a treat. All the chrome is in excellent condition as are the wheels, the paintwork is fair to good and as soon as it stops raining I'll take it outside and post some photos. I've also got a newish Triumph T120 that I do the most of my riding on and an old Bantam that I take to shows and bike meets, I'm going to sell that though as the Honda is much more enjoyable and useable. Looking forward to meeting a few other Superdream owners in the summer.
Cheers Paul

Hi Paul, How far South, I'm in the Scampton Zone, just North of Lincoln. I'm just outside Spalding, so about as far south as you can get.

I get down there on occasions, usually a trip to MotoBins or the Bike show at Springfields.

Paul Keep the Bantham as well - the smaller bikes a fantastic around the country back doubles - would never get rid of my C15. Pete And welcome to the forum I've been thinking about a C15 for a while instead of the Bantam, they're much more useable than the Bantam. The problem is that I live in the middle of nowhere with the nearest town about 15 miles away and just getting to a rideout or bike meet seems to take forever on the Bantam! That's why I love my Superdream, I had a Suzuki GT250 beforehand (trying to recreate my youth) but it was too unreliable, every trip seemed to involve a marathon starting session, cleaning and warming the plugs and hoping it wouldn't breakdown whereas the Honda starts first time and is the epitome of reliability.
