My SD 250 is up and running so I have an eye for another project. I am looking at a 79 Hondamatic 400. What sort of a project bike would it make do you think?

I've always fancied a Hondamatic project, but I've always been put off. I always thought that most were US imports and spares from the automatic are like hens teeth to get hold of.
I was close once with a CB750 SOHC, but bought an F1 instead.

Sold my Hawk Hondamatic last year after 4 years of ownership,didn’t like it at first but grew to like it.Most parts common to the Dream/Superdream models except gearbox obviously.They are not very desirable and took me a while to sell mine on.Still have a new Torque converter for one.
