I hope so too. Been going up there for almost 40 years, it's a perfect aiming point for me with perfect roads and a round trip of maybe 140 miles.
A nice bacon sarnie with a coffee and enjoy the view. Perfect.
Usually get into a conversation with another biker about something bike related too.

managed to get an ice cream from a van up there this summer, but it would be nice to get a bacon butty and a brew

managed to get an ice cream from a van up there this summer, but it would be nice to get a bacon butty and a brew 100% agree with that - biking for me is all about a ride on good roads with friends to a convenient place with a bacon sarnie and a good mug of tea to have a bit of criac over - sadly the waistline reflects this more and more ..... |
