A bargain indeed Pete.A guess I’d say that silly bit is a quick fit/ release holder for an old machine tool be quicker than releasing a morse taper shank 😁😁 This silly bit was with them, anyone any idea what it fits

It's a morse taper drill and attachment. Used on big drillers and miller's.

How much was it pete, that's exactly the same as my brand new one i had when I was 8 yrs old, I think mum and dad paid £40 for it on the tick.

It looks like a mk1, not seen that colour before, mine was orange and second hand I guess I was about 10

Went to a car boot again yesterday - not much there but at the bottom of a box of junk found these - perfect me thinks for the circlip on the SD master cylinder
