Welcome, the bike looks good (CB250NA..NH-1), the tank and panels look original in that photo. If I had that one it would be the front muddy I would tackle first, (then the exhaust, grab rails and indicators if your pref. to make it standard in slow time).
Enjoy riding it over the summer...

The plan is to take it back to original, front fork seal leaking, mudguard has been painted and a slight blow on the exhaust, not sure what options on the exhaust yet.
