Rear wheel bearing collapsed on my Burgman 650 ( just over two years old 13k miles ) also issue with wheel cylinder.Bought new Four into one exhaust for just aquired 750F,wouldn’t fit straight on as it should lol.Took Harley for mot,it failed loose drive pulley On removal one sheared retaining bolt and 4 loose wheel knackered must be all that power lol. Then find buyer for a reg number on my old Beemer But because it’s Historic Vehicle Can’t transfer number easily heed DVLA to inspect vehicle.Never mind I’ll keep on taking the tablets lol.

Was not aware of the rule on Historic Vehicles
I took one off a while back and put it on retention - I think the rule is it needs to have a MOT to transfer a plate - that may be a quicker option (or perhaps not with your current luck)

Yes Pete number can be put on retention certificate and an MOT will make it a quicker process avoiding an inspection

Know what you mean about the 60s Mark. Another 18 months & I'll be onto the next lot, enjoyed the 70s first time round, don't think I'm going to like the next version
