Just thinking ahead a bit on the renovation; what do people use for tyres on the 250?

CB250NA 90/90 19 (S or higher) Front 100/90 18 (S or higher) Rear Currently fitting a few AM26 Avon Roadriders, The are V rated Crossply construction, tubeless tyres that can be fitted with a tube (for your MT1.85 tube type rims). Good tyres, as I got a couple of discount deals ...great! (Also Pirelli Sport Demon, Michelin? , Conti Go, were considered, they are also Crossply, and there are the BT45 Bridgestones which are Bias belt construction). These are not a classic 1980'S tread patterns however, Dunlop ( and Vee Rubber, review awaited) do a more traditional tread pattern e.g. TT100 etc

Yeah, I have Roadriders on the 250f and TT100s on the Enfield. Both seem to do the job. I think I might go for the TT100s (or whatever they are called now) for the tread pattern.
