is there a little fork pixie out there thats eating all the right hand 250 lower fork legs? theres loads of listings on ebay for left hand and hardly any for right hand (with drain plug) if the pixie theory isnt true then I reckon it must be one of those interweb conspiracy theories that you read about in the tabloids...  |

Sorry got a phone call and did not complete that, with drain plug, painted or polished, bushed type SD? I think I've got a right hand CB250NB fork casing in the hut, but it's painted so condition under is unknown.

really not worried about cosmetic condition, the type I’d like is a later 250 with a drain plug. the thing is I have black 400 items on the bike but I dont want to grind off the caliper mountson the right hand leg (it could be useful to someone for a restoration). the intention is to take them back to a clean alloy finish (tidy but not too shiny, I’m toolazy for mirror finish)

Will I send you a 250 Fork bottom (with drain plug) on approval, a fully servicable a 400 one would be fine as a swap? I've got five NB Type stanchions away for hard chroming, and found another pair in the drawer today that need rechromed, but they won't be back for weeks. The black spray on it, is over the original sticker, so it might not even be etched.
