if like most 250 riders no matter what colour they are! we all moan about the front brake , well I have fitted these pads and they have transformed my brake which is very handy as mine is silver 
like all pads with high metal content they can take up to as much as 5 times longer to bed in so 3-4 hundred miles of gentle ridding (I found this very hard) should be enough but worth the wait in my opinion
