Has anyone bought one of the Silvers headstock taper bearing kits? On this installation guide instuction number 5 , it mentions a rubberised spacer , is this supposed to be included in this kit ? as i dont have it  |

probably best to give silvers a bell and ask (its probably quite a common phone call to them) from very vague memory (it was over 20 years ago) of fitting taper rollers to cb350k4 I seem to think that I tapped the race down the stem onto the bottom yoke, offered it up and then had to tap them off again and fit the original washer then the original rubber washer on top and then tap the bearings down again.
there is a thread on here by pertinax where he had a bit of a hellish time with taper rollers, probably worth a read before you start as others have had issues with fitting them, but let us know how you get on, it would certainly be useful to me as I have a set of tapers at the ready for my final assembly
