I have had my lecy post van for 8 months now and it has cost under £90 to run it and they will have a job taking it of me And just think no oil, plugs, filters, carbs cam chains balance chains and tappers to worry about

It's the future, us old duffers still like petrol engines though

I looked at buying a leccy scooter 10 years ago at a Festival of speed Goodwood, range around 100 miles and could plug in at work but batteries expensive and not covered by any warranty!! I do like the idea of a leccy bike but being a Harley lover I’d miss the noise.Guess you could have an amp/speakers and make noises through a mic in your helmet

My brother in law had a BMW K100 it came with a stereo cassette player and the only tape he ever played whilst riding was the soundtrack of the Isle of man TT

I have a helmet sound system in my helmets, can make phone calls/hear sat nav/stream music through my phone and chat to mates that have same system.Bit dubious at first as thought it wouldn’t have a clear sound but it is fine and I use it all the time even listening to music,”born to be wild” usually when on the Hondamatic
